The quality of our website is dependent on quality listings. Therefore, each submission will be reviewed by an editor for appropriateness, and submissions may be edited to meet the site's guidelines. Refunds are not offered to sites that have been rejected. Therefore, please comply with the following guidelines to ensure inclusion of your listing:

Submit your listing only if it is related to real estate. Unrelated websites will be rejected.

Choose the most appropriate category for each listing. Only one free listing per domain will be accepted. We do allow paid listings in more than one category if the listing is appropriate for those categories (example: you are a real estate agent that serves multiple cities). You must submit each listing separately from the appropriate category. 

All paid listings will remain in the directory for one year, assuming the content remains appropriate for our site. You may remove your listing prior to that time by logging in to the account area.

All free listings will remain in the directory as long as there is a reciprocal link to our site, assuming the content remains approriate for our site. You may remove your listing at any time by logging in to the account area. Reciprocal links are checked weekly.

We do not accept the following:
- Sites that are under construction
- Sites that redirect to another URL
- Mirror sites (sites with duplicate content from different URLs)
- Sites hosted on free servers, such as Geocities and Homestead
- Sites with excessive pop-up and/or pop-under ads
- Sites that are poorly designed (i.e., crash browsers) or result in a poor user experience
- Sites with unlawful content
